How to start the weekend
Be told your lease is not being renewed. Assume this means more expensive rent. Maybepanic. Find out your university BOUGHT your apartment building and is essentially kicking you out. Maybepanic. Regroup. Resign yourself to switching apartments. Find out that there is only ONE one bedroom left. And it’s under the creepy drug dealers you avoid. Maybepanic. Be told you have 24 hours to decide if you want the near-the-drug-dealer place or not. Realize this means “you have 24 hours to find housemates or be stuck with the gangstas.” Maybepanic. Run around all day asking every cool person in the world to live with you. Agree to rent a really super big awesome apartment with your cool neighbors, get your other neighbor to move next door.
Realize God does amazing things. Pour a glass of wine and chill.
